Silverstein Properties revealed plans Friday for its Avenir project, which would include 100 affordable housing units, 1,000 luxury hotel rooms, and 600,000 square feet of entertainment and dining options, including a casino in partnership with Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment - the parent company of Parx Casino.
